Two cuttings, and one of them in spring, (which can be a pretty lean time), you've defo inspired me to give it a go growing it! Its sounds like it could be really worthwhile. It took me 10 whole years to even be able to palate the bitterness of chicory, but now somehow I seem to love it so puntarelle sounds great. I'll give it a go cutting it back to see if it stays as a perennial too. Thanks for sharing!Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06742563883004099759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-695295379202236825.post-36499939831319475782018-11-28T00:35:29.327+00:002018-11-28T00:35:29.327+00:00This comment has been removed by the author.Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06742563883004099759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-695295379202236825.post-51034816929899556162018-11-26T12:34:55.293+00:002018-11-26T12:34:55.293+00:00Hi, thanks for your question. It then tends to run to seed, and although you could try cutting it back again, I think you get better results by sowing new plants.Room for a radishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02760044428039412928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-695295379202236825.post-22315983472473100202018-11-25T14:56:34.673+00:002018-11-25T14:56:34.673+00:00Hi, thanks for the information about this really i...Hi, thanks for the information about this really interesting sounding chicory. I was wondering if you know whether it grows as an annual or perennial like some other varieties of chicory?Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06742563883004099759noreply@blogger.com
